Iraq War Changes Web Habits

People have been saying since it began, that the war in Iraq is a "web war" with many people following the events online - and now we have the proof. The folks at the Pew Internet and American Life Project, who can always be counted on to give everyone statistics on how Americans use the internet has said that many people are using it as the primary source of news concerning the war. Even among those who still rely on other sources, many find themselves using the internet as a secondary source of news. The two main reasons they do so is for timeliness and (perhaps more importantly) variety of sources. It's good to know that people want more than what a single TV news channel force feeds them.
