However, according to this news report, that's exactly what this unnamed Japanese man did. He crossed over the center divide, while speeding, and ran over the boy, who was sitting on a stationary motorcycle. Then, during the trial, he posted comments to a website criticizing the boy's parents. Probably not the most sympathetic move.
