DMCA Goes Under Public Scrutiny Again

In a followup to their earlier request for comments on areas where the DMCA should be exempted, the Copyright Office is now getting ready to hold public hearings on the DMCA and what items should be exempted from being covered by the anti-circumvention clause. They're looking for people who want to present, so I'm sure some of the usually eloquent people on this subject are already planning out what they'll say.
