Good Glut, Net Boom

Rich Karlgaard of Forbes is predicting that the current downturn and technology "glut" will actually lead to a new boom. Basically, the glut means that there's plenty of cheap equipment out there, that will let people do amazing new things cheaply, that can help spur on new industries. As he says, "tech's despair is sowing the seeds for its rebirth" as it has done in the past.
