E-voting Plan Advances Without Paper Backup
from the disaster-waiting-to-happen dept
Santa Clara County (in California) has decided to move forward with their plans for an electronic voting system that doesn't leave a paper backup trail, despite vehement opposition from technologists who have pointed out the risks of doing so. Of course, they don't say what they'll do if they discover an election has been manipulated.
