Salon.com Clings To Dot-Com Swagger
from the stayin'-alive... dept
Lots of people are talking about Salon.com since they warned a week and a half ago that they might not survive the month. Now, it seems that some news organizations can't even save the obituary. While this article makes it clear that Salon is fighting for survival it reads like a prepared obituary that they've been sitting on and just waiting to let loose. More interesting than the possible end of Salon is the glee that some people take in the potential death of the site. It seems to be one of those sites people love to hate.
