White House Quietly Releases Cybersecurity Plan
from the oh-did-they? dept
After all the hype surrounding the President's big time "Cybersecurity Plan", you would think that they would make a big show of releasing it. However, with all the criticism surrounding it, it seems they decided to quietly release the report this morning. I've been reading a bunch of news sites all morning and this is the first I heard about it, so either the press considers it a non-story, or they just haven't picked up on it yet. The plan sounds to be significantly scaled back from earlier versions. As with any political document, it seems, they had to cut it back until it really doesn't mean much of anything.
