Telecom Turns Tempting

Well, well, well. Venture capitalists who haven't returned all their money have to invest it somewhere, and these days, telecom companies are apparently starting to look good again. Of course, that's after billions and billions of dollars were flushed down the drain the past couple of years, but really, that just "cleared out the competition". It's also done something else important: made plenty of valuable infrastructure available for pennies on the dollar. Call it the salvage-shop method of investing. Find the industries where everything is cheap from the last collapse.
