This isn't necessarily good news if you're currently looking for a job, but relying on the well-known job boards might not be such a good idea. For every job posted hundreds of resumes are getting sent in, and hiring managers and HR people can barely keep up. In the end, they're still much more likely to hire someone they know or someone who has been referred by someone they know. So, stop relying on the job boards, and start networking...
