More Patent Craziness

Here's a follow up on a story we had a few months back about yet another "intellectual property" hoarding company that was targeting porn sites as easy targets. They claim they hold a number of patents on any sort of on-demand audio and video. Now, they've started going after online radio stations as well. Once again, I wonder what good this company is doing in advancing society? All they're doing is slowing it down. Yet another example of why our intellectual property laws are backwards.
