Comdex Parent Bankrupt

As has been rumored for months, Key3Media - the owners of Comdex and a few other trade shows, is filing for bankruptcy protection. While they say they have a reorganization plan already set, that doesn't mean its creditors will approve it. They also insist that all the conferences planned for 2003 will still be put on, but you have to wonder if they'll be cutting corners on how much they're willing to spend to put on a conference.
