Cheaper, Faster High-Tech Submarine

About a year and a half ago we had the story of people trying to build their own submarines. Now, however, we have a story of a guy who has built his own submarine that he hopes to start selling to individuals and organizations. He sees it as being similar to the airplane business. People can buy their own small submarine and go "flying" around beneath the sea.
