Hurdles Remain In Hammering Out Online Tax Laws

from the what-to-do,-what-to-do dept

For examples of some of the more ridiculous details that need to be settled the article asks: "Is a Twix bar candy or a cookie? Is dandruff shampoo a beauty aid or medical supply?" Of course, this still leaves out the question of whether or not internet transactions should be taxed at all, but that's another post for another day.
