Trade Groups Appeal Microsoft Settlement

Most of the states may have dropped out of the appeal of the Microsoft anti-trust ruling, but that won't stop some technology trade groups from pushing ahead. The Computer & Communications Industry Association and the Software and Information Industry Associatio have both announced that they're appealing the Microsoft settlement. I'd be surprised if this actually goes anywhere. It seems that most people are resigned to Microsoft getting off with a slap on the wrist.
