Job Sites Chasing Hourly Workers

from the anything-that-will-make-money dept

While job boards have certainly gotten more use in terms of people seeking jobs in the past couple of years, it’s been getting much tougher to actually find jobs using them. So, in order to stay in business, the job boards are looking for new ways to make money. They’re starting to focus more on offering job services for hourly workers instead of just the salaried positions they had always focused on. This seems to make sense, though, I imagine companies are not willing to pay nearly as much to list hourly openings as compared to salaried positions.
