Prosecutors Want DVD Jon's Computer

Now that the case against DeCSS creator Jon Johansen has ended, prosecutors are saying that they don't want jailtime for the teen, but would be happy if the court took away his computer and made him pay some fees. While it's nice that they're not pushing for jailtime, the idea of taking away his computer is doubly ridiculous. Here's a kid who obviously has some talent, who wanted to watch a DVD on his computer, and now he's going to lose his computer without any evidence that he ever actually illegally copied a movie. How is that reasonable?
