The Downfall Of John Doerr

The Washington Post has an article all about the downfall of uber-venture capitalist John Doerr. Back during the boom time he was the king of all venture capital, and what he said seemed like "the final word" on technology. Now, many of his companies have failed, he doesn't talk publicly much, doesn't make big predictions about the future, and has been named in all sorts of lawsuits. Friends of Doerr insist he's still bullish on the future, but people no longer listen to him with the same interest.
