Don't Blame The Telecom Act - Blame Greedy Investors

It's become popular to blame the Telecom Act of 1996 for many of telecom's problems today. However, according to this opinion piece, that's the wrong thing to do. The real blame lies with greedy investors who should have known better, who took advantage of the situation, hoping to make themselves very rich - instead of actually trying to build successful telecom companies.
