100 Countries Preparing For Cyberwar?

We've posted a few stories that make the threats of "cyberwar" seem a bit overblown. Now the Register is questioning a so-called counter-terrorism expert who claims that at least 100 countries are "investigating" building cyberwar capabilities. The Register takes some time to try to guess who those 100 countries could be, and has a lot of trouble coming up with a plausible list. They eventually come up with a list of about 60, but which includes places like the Vatican.
