With all the fanfare surrounding Sony's move into online gaming this week, now a lot of attention is being focused on the online gaming market in Japan to see if it's likely to take off in other places. It seems that the various companies have different strategies, but everyone wants to get a piece of the online gaming market. Analysts point out that this very well may be a first come, first served type of market - as just a few games in each genre will catch on, and the rest will end up in the virtual graveyard.
