Good And Bad In Online Education
from the it's-all-execution dept
As an attempt to provide distance learning in Arizona has failed, people are trying to figure out what to do with the leftover computer assets. Perhaps they should consider selling them to an online distance learning company across the country that just raised $10 million from investors. At this point, it's really difficult to say one way or another if distance learning is doing well. It's still in that questionable phase, where execution means an awful lot - and different groups are experimenting with different methods. Clearly, there have been some major failures, but that doesn't mean distance learning can't work at all.
