Execs At Online Shopping Sites Hate Online Shopping
from the is-that-why-they're-taking-it-out-on-the-rest-of-us? dept
A new study that asked executives at e-commerce sites how they felt about online shopping shows that many don't like shopping online at all, and don't find the experience to be particularly satisfying. At the very least, you can put an optimistic spin on this, and say that these execs shouldn't be satisfied, and it's good to see that they know how much they need to improve. Unfortunately, I'd be willing to bet that many of the execs are really talking about other sites online, rather than their own.
