BT Loses Hyperlink Patent Suit

We've made fun of the ridiculous British Telecom plan to enforce their patent on hyperlinks. A few months back the judge had warned them that they were likely to lose, but BT pushed ahead saying, "everyone sues in the States, anyway". Well, BT, not everyone wins when they sue in the States. BT has lost the patent battle, and the judge has said that no one has to pay BT for hyperlinking.
