Game Maker Not Liable For School Shooting

An appeals court has upheld a ruling that Midway Games is not liable for a school shooting in Kentucky. This seems like a good and sensible ruling. Of course, that won't stop other lawsuits from popping up from parents who need to blame someone (preferably someone with a lot of money) for school shootings.
