Davezilla Is Too Close To Godzilla?

It seems the fairly popular blog, Davezilla, which has been around forever has run into some trouble from the folks who own the trademarks for Godzilla. Apparently, they're upset with the little monster image he has as well as the use of "zilla". Hmm. I'm wondering if this means that all of us who use Mozilla are violating their trademark as well. That should be a fun legal battle.
