VCs Give Back More Money Than They Raised

For the first time ever, venture capitalists gave back more money to their investors than they raised from them - which is certainly a sign of the times. Overall, many people think this is a good thing, though. They say it gets rid of the money glut, where there was simply too much money chasing too few ideas. Hopefully, it'll humble a few VCs as well, but that seems unlikely.
