Karl Auerbach Wins Access To ICANN Records

We've spoken about the Karl Auerbach/ICANN argument many times before, but finally a judge has ruled that, as a board member, Auebach has the right to view ICANN's records. However, anything ICANN marks "confidential" can't be revealed without a 10 day warning - during which ICANN can sue to prevent him from releasing the info. What this means, of course, is that ICANN will likely mark just about everything as confidential.
