Going After Grubman

The National Association of Securities Dealers is apparently going to charge famed telecom analyst Jack Grubman with violating its rules on his recommendations on Winstar. This is the same Jack Grubman who is getting all sorts of scrutiny for his actions related to Worldcom. Of course, he'll probably get off with a slap on the wrist and a pocket change fine like all the rest of them.
