Dot Com Legacies

The E-commerce Times tries to figure out what good things came out of the dot com boom. While they throw a few random things out there concerning integration and standards, what it comes down to was one big "lesson learned" in how not to build and run businesses. I would argue, of course, that there were plenty of useful things that came out of the dot com era, but many of which have become so commonplace that they're already taken for granted.
