Gator Must Stop Pop-Ups On Those Who Sued
from the bye-bye-gator dept
A little while ago, we had the story about a number of publishers suing Gator for putting pop ups on their sites. Today, the judge ruled that Gator must temporarily stop putting pop ups on those pages until the trial. Gator (of course) claims that a trial will show they did nothing wrong. It will be interesting to see if, following this ruling, many other sites jump up to force Gator to stop putting their pop ups on their sites.
