As we all get more and more emails each day at work, it's cutting into most workers' productive time and their personal time. Valueless emails that waste time keep people from doing important work, and often follow employees home at night, where they feel the need to catch up on emails as well, according to a new study. It's the basic information overload problem, combined with the fact that workers tend to email notes to anyone about anything.
