Dot Coms Go To Court
from the sue!-sue!-sue! dept

However, the costs associated with the lawsuits as well as the distractions they cause from day-to-day business, are causing many companies to simply settle lawsuits they know have no merit. It would seem that a system that more actively punishes those who file frivolous lawsuits could help stop such things, but that could just make things even more confusing.
