I've been hearing more and more techies talk about opportunities in Africa lately. However, most people seem to assume that Africa is mostly a big mess, and not any sort of opportunity for tech companies. Here's an interesting article talking about the situation in Ghana where there is some evidence of a budding technology revolution. The article suggests that if Ghana takes off, it could influence other African nations to follow the lead of Ghana.
