Embarrassing Emails

I think I've been lucky with email. I can't recall ever having accidentally sent an email to the "wrong" person. It's possible that this is because I don't use my email program's address book, and rely on memory or just using the "reply" function to email most people. However, a study in the UK has found that nearly a third of people surveyed admit to sending emails to the wrong person. The study also found that 1 in 6 bosses had to discipline workers for sending inappropriate emails.
