The latest trend in file-sharing programs is to go beyond just installing annoying adware/spyware into their systems, and to start making deals with smaller content companies to promote their content through the file sharing programs. I actually think this is how file trading systems can make a lot of money - but only if the entertainment industry wakes up and stops trying to sue all of them out of existence.
