Teaching Blogging In Journalism Classes
from the whether-they-like-it-or-not dept
I know the blogfolks have been talking about this all week, but this is the first article I've seen discussing this in detail. It seems that Berkeley's journalism school will have a class on blogging this fall. So, while everyone is debating the "is blogging journalism?" question, it seems that Berkeley has answered it for itself. People seem to have a mixed opinion on it. Some people think it shows blogging's coming of age - others think it's a waste of time. Personally, I'm not convinced anyone really needs a class to figure out how to blog.
