NetFlix Goes Public
from the at-the-top-of-the-range dept
Well, it's not often these days that you hear of a dot com going public, and even rarer to see the initial shares sold at the top of their expected price range. That suggests, at least, that there's been strong institutional demand for the offering. It raised NetFlix a cool $82.5 million to play around with. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow when the shares get listed.
