Napster's Back

So, following the news that Napster's CEO and founder had quit due to problems in getting Bertelsmann to buy them out, we find out that Bertelsmann has bought them out anyway for $8 million (much less than the $15 million they had been offering). The article also says that Konrad Hilbers and Shawn Fanning will be rehired and go back to work for Napster.
