Videoconferencing Back To Regular Levels

Right after September 11, there were all these predictions about how the videoconferencing and web conferencing markets were set to take off, since no one would want to fly any more. Apparently, that was true for about three months, and then the videoconferencing market dropped back to expected levels. So much for those predictions.
