Peruvian Congressman Slices And Dices Microsoft FUD
from the for-the-record... dept
Well, this letter is getting passed around everywhere (and was apparently on Slashdot already), but I'm still posting it here, just in case you missed it elsewhere. It's apparently the response from a Peruvian congressman to a Microsoft Peru official who is complaining about the Peruvian government's thoughts about requiring open source software for government agencies. I know that some people have already called into question whether or not the letter is legitimate - but whether or not it is, it does an excellent job cutting through the typical crap Microsoft puts forth when trying to scare people away from open source products.
