Getting Addicted To Online Poker
from the don't-do-this dept
Salon has an article written by a card player who decided to spend a week or so playing poker online trying to either win $1,000 or lose $500. I won't ruin the end result for you, but it does seem to take over his life. Of course, he seems like the sort of person who is likely to get addicted to gambling. Still, it is interesting to see what goes through his mind.

If you want so see some real money gambled in purs
Or read "Big Deal" for some serious poker action, in which the amounts wagered in the salon article will barely get you a seat at the table.
