It must be a slow news day. How often do you see news articles pointing out the funnier side to a trial about a merger? ZDNet has an article pointing out some of the more amusing moments from the HP-Walter Hewlett trial where Hewlett is trying to cancel the company's merger with Compaq. The funniest part is HP's CFO making fun of the opposing attorney for mixing up numbers and dates. After getting a laugh from the courtroom, he said, "I'm not a funny guy but you make it easy."
