Gates To Get On The Stand

This one is a bit of a surprise. The lawyers had said they might call Bill Gates to the stand, but plenty of people doubted whether or not it would actually happen. Now, they say Bill Gates will be testifying at the antitrust trial on Monday. He's now had a few years to work on his performance, so I expect it will be much better than the video deposition he gave in the original trial. So far, the state lawyers have done an excellent job cutting up every pro-Microsoft witness. I wonder what they'll do to Gates?
