Wearable Phones?

Well, maybe it's just because I don't understand what's fashionable for kids these days, but I simply don't see what all the hype is about concerning Sprint's new "necklace phone". It's just a regular mobile phone with a strap. I don't see it as being all that exciting, but apparently, Cingular is rushing to make sure they get their own "necklace phone" out on the market before it's too late.
