B2B Hubs Disappearing While Need Increases

from the well,-that's-to-be-expected dept

Remember when analysts like Gartner predicted that by the end of this year there would be over 10,000 thriving B2B market places? Well, it seems that all those analysts have been revising estimates downward as the number of B2B market places never made it anywhere near that 10,000 number. Now they're saying there will be maybe 200 when all is said and done. However... the demand for such marketplace services has been rising. Let's face it, in the end, eBay will probably be the online marketplace for anything for businesses and consumers.
