Content-Wire has republished Eve Andersson's account of the collapse of ArsDigita. It's a biased, but interesting read. While I can understand how annoyed and upset the folks from ArsDigita are, I still think they should have known what was coming. Anyone who read anything (or spoke to others) about what VCs do when they invest in your company would have known that it's likely that you're going to lose control. It's for that reason that you should chose your investment options very carefully - and if you do go with VC money, be very careful who you pick.
