Robots For Everyone
from the not-yet dept
A year and a half ago we had a story about Honda's humanoid robot, Asimo, and just last week it became the first non-human to ring the bell at the NYSE. Now Forbes has an article talking about how the Asimo is the beginning of us all having robot servants or whatever science fiction fantasy was popular many years ago. Of course, at about a million dollars a pop (or, even better, lease one for $150,000/month), you're probably better off just buying one of those Segway's being auctioned off on eBay.
