BT Hyperlink Patent Suit Not Looking Good

So, it appears from the start that BT might not be in such good shape with their patent lawsuit saying they invented hyperlinks. The judge indicated that it's going to be very difficult for them to prove it. Does this stop BT? Hell no. The official quote from British Telecom's chairperson as to why they'll continue to sue away: "Everyone sues all the time in the States, anyway." That's great. I hope the judge fines them for filing frivolous lawsuits.
