Series Saver On Michael Saylor
from the quick-and-easy dept
Back in January I posted one part of a Washington Post 4-part series on Microstrategy's Michael Saylor. I ended up not posting the other 3 parts because it just seemed like too much. Here comes Slate to the rescue. They apparently have a "series saver" feature that summarizes (with a bit of attitude) long, multi-part series in other newspapers and magazines so that you don't have to waste your time reading them all. Now they cram the Saylor series down into a manageable page, so you can see just what an annoying self-publicizing guy he was. The Slate article also points out that the Washington Post (who wrote the original series) was one of Saylor's biggest promoters during the boomtime, and also that Post insiders made lots of money off of Microstrategy...
