While many people think of online shoppers are scouring the internet for the absolute best deal possible, a new study suggests that more online shoppers are concerned with convenience over cost. So, depending on what market you're in, you could, conceivably, charge more for the convenience factor, and not have to worry about competing on price. Of course, what you provide has to actually be convenient - and you still need a way to build a brand that people know about, since there really aren't any "convenience comparison shopping engines" these days...
